Working Responsibly, Acting Ethically
At Bridge Aluminium we are committed to conducting our business responsibly and ethically. We recognise our duty to uphold human rights and to prevent all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation within our operations and supply chains. Our approach reflects our core values of integrity, transparency and respect, and we remain dedicated to ensuring that modern slavery has no place in our business. Modern slavery is a crime and a serious violation of fundamental human rights. It takes many forms, including servitude, forced and compulsory labour, bonded labour, and human trafficking. We acknowledge the responsibility we share in helping to combat these practices and we strive to take all reasonable steps to identify and prevent risks both within our organisation and throughout the wider supply chain.

Committed to Ethical and Responsible Business
Protecting Rights, Promoting Respect
Bridge Aluminium operates across three foundries and we work with a diverse range of suppliers and partners. We recognise that some industries and regions are more exposed to the risk of modern slavery, and we therefore remain vigilant in reviewing our relationships and applying appropriate checks. We require our suppliers to comply with all relevant legislation, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and to uphold the same high standards that we set for ourselves. Our commitment to tackling modern slavery is supported through a range of policies and procedures that guide the way we work. These include robust recruitment processes, designed to ensure that all employees are working voluntarily and are legally entitled to work.
We ensure fair pay, provide safe working conditions and foster a culture where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. We expect the same standards from those who work with us, and we communicate this expectation clearly throughout our supply chain. We are committed to continuous improvement in this area. Regular reviews are undertaken to strengthen our procedures, identify potential risks and take appropriate action. Staff training is also an important part of our approach, helping our teams to understand the signs of modern slavery and providing them with the knowledge to raise concerns should they arise. We encourage open communication and provide clear channels for reporting, ensuring that any issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
Accountability
Accountability is a key part of our commitment. The responsibility for overseeing our efforts in this area lies with our senior management team, who ensure that appropriate resources are dedicated to preventing modern slavery. We remain transparent in our actions and are committed to reporting on our progress in line with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act. At Bridge Aluminium we believe that every individual has the right to work freely and fairly. We take pride in maintaining ethical practices and will continue to strengthen our approach to tackling modern slavery across all areas of our business. By working together with our employees, suppliers and partners, we aim to play our part in helping to eradicate modern slavery and protecting the rights of individuals everywhere.
